Cannot install Collector for ArcGIS on a compatible Android device through Google Play
Description
An Android device meets the Android Device Requirements for using Collector for ArcGIS. However, when attempting to install the app, Google Play returns a message stating that Collector for ArcGIS is not compatible with the device.
Cause
Google Play is incorrectly reporting that some compatible devices are not compatible.
