Can I move a geometric network between feature datasets?

Yes, as long as the target feature dataset has the same spatial reference as the original feature dataset. When you move a geometric network, all of the network classes move with it. 

Note:
After moving the network, the feature classes participating in the network will still appear in the original dataset. Refreshing the dataset will update the display.
