Business Analyst installation: There are no map services available

Error Message

During the Business Analyst Web Application Post Installation, the following error message displays:

"There are no map services available."

Cause

ArcGIS Server Manager is not running or the permissions in the .NET Framework are not set correctly.

Solution or Workaround

• Using the operating system's Services panel, make sure that the ArcGIS Server Manager (SOM) service is started.
• Check the .NET Framework permissions. Set the permissions, as described in step 8 of the Business Analyst Server Installation Guide.
