Business Analyst ERROR 080002: Failed to build rings.

Error Message

An unknown exception error is encountered when running very large drive times.

Cause

Business Analyst cannot process very large drive times using the detailed streets Network Analyst solver.

Solution or Workaround

1. In Business Analyst, click the toolbar and choose Preferences.
2. In the Preferences dialog box, click the Dataset tab.
3. Under Street Network, select the option to 'Use hybrid (performance and accuracy)'.
   
   
4. Click OK to close the Preferences dialog, and re-run the trade area analysis.
