Spatial aggregation on Oracle geodatabase 10.5.0 fails between spatial references 102100 and 4269

Description

Spatial Aggregation does not work for Oracle geodatabase 10.5.0 between datasets using spatial references 102100 (Web Mercator) and 4269 (NAD 83). The same problem may happen to Oracle geodatabases 10.5.1 or 10.6.

Cause

ST_Transform fails when the data sources have spatial references using a different datum.

Workaround

For Insights 3.2 or later, upgrade the Oracle geodatabase to 10.6.1 or later.
