Picture fill symbol is not rendered correctly for ArcMap Server on UNIX

Description

The picture fill symbol is not rendered correctly when a map is served using ArcMap Server on Solaris and Linux.

Cause

When an angle is specified, the picture fill symbols will be rendered empty. This is a known limitation.

Workaround

Use Angle=0 for picture fill symbols.
