Path to tasks.xml is incorrect in tasker.properties file.

Description

The cleanup tasks that are set in tasks.xml are not working.

Cause

The path to the tasks.xml set in tasker.properties is incorrect.

Workaround

1. Open <ArcIMS install location>\AppServer\Tasker\Tasker.properties in a text editor.
2. Change the path of 'taskfile' from:
   
   

   Code:
   taskFile=<ArcIMS Install Location>\Middleware\Tasker\Tasks.xml

   
   to
   
   

   Code:
   taskFile=<ArcIMS Install Location>/AppServer/Tasker/Tasks.xml

   
   
   

   Note:
   The direction of the slashes is changed and make sure to fill in the absolute path to <ArcIMS Install Location>, for example: C:/Program Files/ArcGIS/ArcIMS

3. Save the changes.
4. Stop and Start ArcIMS Tasker service.
