BUG
On Windows XP Service Pack 3 (SP3), Windows Vista and Windows 2008 machines, where the Regional and Language Settings have been changed to use commas as decimal separators, label expressions are not recognizing the comma decimal separator for vbscript expressions.
The script output is not displayed in the format that is specified by the configured language locale, if VBScript or JScript scripts are being run by using CScript or WScript on a computer that is running one of the following products:
1. Windows Vista Service Pack 1 (SP1).
2. Windows Server 2008.
3. Windows XP Service Pack 3 (SP3).
This is a Microsoft issue and is resolved by installing a Microsoft patch. This problem occurs when the configured language locale differs from the language of the operating system.
