Incorrect result for RASTERMARKERSYMBOL when used with ArcMap Server

Description

When using a RASTERMARKERSYMBOL acetate layer with an ArcMap Service the output image is incorrect.

Cause

1. The size of the RASTERMARKERSYMBOL has not been specified in the request.

2. The RASTERMARKERSYMBOL references a transparent GIF image.

Workaround

1. Always specify the size of the RASTERMARKERSYMBOL for an ArcMap Service.
2. If the ArcMap service requires RASTERMARKERSYMBOL transparency, use a non-transparent GIF image.
