Import CAD is not reading the attributes of a Microstation V7 drawing correctly

Description

** This issue is addressed in ArcGIS 9.0 Service Pack 2 (SP2) **Import CAD is not getting the tagset or tagref when the file is a V7 dgn. This is only the case with Microstation files. The Tagsets and Tagrefs contain the attributes from a Microstation drawing.

This is a known issue.

** This issue is addressed in ArcGIS 9.0 Service Pack 2 (SP2).
