BUG
GetMap and GetFeatureInfo will return a request without having the required WBS parameter VERSION
Description
** This issue is addressed in ArcIMS 9.0 Service Pack 2 (SP2) **According to the WMS specifications, GetMap and GetFeatureInfo requests require VERSION included in the request string. Currently a request can still be made without this parameter.
Cause
This is a known issue.
