Get Report: Minimizing, then maximizing ArcMap clears location information

If you minimize ArcMap with the Get Report dialog box open with a report displayed, then maximize ArcMap, the report does not appear in the dialog box.

Cause

This is a known issue.

Workaround

When you minimize ArcMap and the report data disappears, you must rerun the report.
