Generating full data cache for elevation layers with layer visibility off creates an empty data cache
Description
Note:When generating full data cache for elevation layers with the application setting for layer visibility off, the result is an empty data cache and subsequently, a corrupt data display.If the data is visible or there was already a visible layer in the document, the problem will not occur.
This issue is addressed in ArcGIS 9.0 Service Pack 3 (SP3).
