BUG
FeatureToPolygon respects only first feature class selected; ignores others
Description
** This issue is addressed in ArcGIS 9.0 Service Pack 2 (SP2) ** When using two input layers, each with a selection, only the selection on the first input layer is honored, not the selection on the second input layer. The output is incorrect, containing more polygon features than expected.
Cause
This is a known issue.
