ArcMap Service returns the projection string without the projection ID

Description

** This issue is addressed in ArcIMS 9.0 Service Pack 2 (SP2) ** ArcMap Service should return both projection ID and projection string in a Service Info response when a standard projection is used. Otherwise only projection string will be returned.
