Are Oracle statistics for ST_Geometry attributes exported and imported?

No, ST_Geometry and st_spatial_index statistics are not exported or imported when using Oracle's Data Pump Export utility.

Oracle statistics must be explicitly gathered after importing the table or schema containing the ST_Geometry attribute and st_spatial_index domain index.
