Are dual monitor graphics cards supported for use with ESRI software?

If having difficulty with a dual monitor graphics card, disable the secondary monitor to isolate the problem. If the problem can be isolated to the secondary monitor, reinstall or upgrade to the most recent version of the manufacturer's driver for the graphics card.
