ArcMap by way of Citrix causes print jobs to get sent to a different printer

When accessing ArcMap by way of a Citrix Client, it is possible that print jobs sent from ArcMap are sent to a printer other than the one set to default.


One reason is that the Default Printer set on the local machine is different from the default printer that is set on the Citrix Server.

Solution or Workaround

Find out which printer is set as Default on the Citrix Server where ArcMap is installed. Make that printer the Default on the local machine.
