ArcGIS Workforce is not available in Google Play Store for Android 13 and higher

Description

ArcGIS Workforce is no longer searchable or downloadable from the Google Play Store on devices running Android 13 or higher. This change is effective November 1, 2025.

Cause

Due to a known compatibility issue, ArcGIS Workforce does not meet the requirements for distribution on Google Play for devices running Android 13 or newer.

Solution or Workaround

Customers are encouraged to transition their workflows from ArcGIS Workforce to using the new Tasks functionality in ArcGIS Field Maps 25.2 when it is released in Q4 2025.
