ArcGIS Navigator is not available in Google Play store for Android 14 and higher

Description

ArcGIS Navigator will temporarily not be searchable or downloadable on the Google Play Store for devices running Android 14 or higher starting November 1, 2025.

Customers who already have the app installed can continue using ArcGIS Navigator without interruption.

Cause

Due to a known compatibility issue, ArcGIS Navigator does not meet the requirements for distribution on Google Play for devices running Android 14 or newer. Please reference BUG-000179359 for more details.

Workaround

Customers who need to install Navigator on Android 14+ devices can sideload the app using the instructions provided in the Esri Knowledge Base article: How do I download Navigator for ArcGIS without access to Google Play?
