DEPRECATION
Esri is announcing the deprecation of ArcGIS Mission and all its components including ArcGIS Mission Server, ArcGIS Mission Manager, and ArcGIS Mission Responder with ArcGIS Enterprise 12.3 (Q2 2027) as the final release.
Between now and the release of ArcGIS Mission 12.3, there will be no new features, enhancements, or promotional updates to ArcGIS Mission. However, once released, ArcGIS Mission 12.3 will be supported under Esri's standard lifecycle, with patches, security updates, and technical support available through Q2 2031.
If your organization currently relies on ArcGIS Mission for operational workflows, no immediate action is required. You can continue to use your current version of ArcGIS Mission, and you will have the option to upgrade to ArcGIS Mission 12.2 (Q4 2026) and 12.3 (Q2 2027) as they become available. Support will continue through 2031.
However, we recognize that your operational needs extend beyond 2031, and there is no single migration path that fits all use cases. Organizations use ArcGIS Mission in varied ways, some for real-time field coordination, others for command-and-control operations, and others for situational awareness and after-action review. As a result, the right path forward will differ based on your specific workflows, technological environment, and organizational requirements.
