ArcGIS License Manager 2018.0 or 2018.1 on Linux does not start the license service after upgrade install

Description

When performing an in-place upgrade of ArcGIS License Manager to version 2018.0 or 2018.1 on Linux platforms, the license service does not automatically restart.  This issue prevents licenses from being served to client software.

Workaround

The issue can be resolved by manually restarting the license service after the upgrade.  This can be done by executing the script start_license_server.sh, located in the bin directory of the ArcGIS License Manager installation.
