A web app created with the ArcGIS Instant Apps Web Editor template requests a login, although the web app, the web map. and the feature layer were shared with the public. The feature layer was also shared for public data collection, which is necessary for public editing.

Cause

The Web Editor template requires the user type Creator, Professional or Professional Plus and one of the following roles: Data Editor, User, Publisher, Facilitator, Administrator, or a custom role with Edit privileges.
