ArcGIS Field Maps app displays a blank screen when logging in

Description

When trying to log in to ArcGIS Field Maps app, a blank screen is disolayed.

Cause

This can happen when JavaScript is disabled in the device's default browser.

Solution or Workaround

Android device:

Enable JavaScript in the device's default browser.

• Samsung browser:

Settings > Sites and downloads > Site permissions > Allow JavaScript

• Chrome browser:

Settings > Site settings > JavaScript > Allow sites to run JavaScript

iOS device:

1. Open the Settings of the device.
2. Scroll down the menu and click Safari.
3. Under the Safari settings, click Advanced.
4. Check the JavaScript box to enable it, as shown in the next image.
