ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Pro Extensions Bundles Product Sales Update

Description

To streamline our product offerings and simplify access to and administration of extensions, we are transitioning away from selling extension bundles. The following bundles will be affected:

September 1, 2024

• ArcGIS Enterprise subscription user types with the ArcGIS Pro All Extensions Bundle.
• ArcGIS Online subscription user types with the ArcGIS Pro All Extensions Bundle.
• ArcGIS Desktop subscription with the ArcGIS Desktop All Extensions Bundle.

December 1, 2025

• ArcGIS Pro stand-alone perpetual with the ArcGIS Pro All Extensions Bundle.
• ArcGIS Enterprise perpetual user types with the ArcGIS Pro All Extensions Bundle.
• ArcGIS Desktop perpetual with the ArcGIS Desktop All Extensions Bundle.

Recommendation

Beginning September 1, 2024, customers with either the subscription to ArcGIS Desktop All Extensions Bundle or the subscription to ArcGIS Pro All Extensions Bundles for user types will be quoted the following individual extensions:

• ArcGIS 3D Analyst
• ArcGIS Data Interoperability
• ArcGIS Data Reviewer
• ArcGIS Geostatistical Analyst
• ArcGIS Image Analyst
• ArcGIS LocateXT
• ArcGIS Network Analyst
• ArcGIS Publisher
• ArcGIS Spatial Analyst
• ArcGIS Workflow Manager

Note: 
Because the updated Professional Plus user type includes all the extensions except ArcGIS Data Interoperability, many customers may no longer need additional extensions. ArcGIS Pro extensions can still be purchased individually and assigned to the Creator or Professional user type.

Beginning December 1, 2025, customers with a perpetual extension bundle for either an ArcGIS Enterprise user type and/or ArcGIS Desktop and/or ArcGIS Pro stand-alone will no longer be able to pay maintenance on the extension bundles.

ArcGIS Desktop customers and customers with ArcGIS Enterprise user types will be quoted annual subscriptions for the extensions that comprise the bundle (either for ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise, depending on where their user types are allocated) and can elect which they will continue subscribing to.

ArcGIS Pro stand-alone customers will be quoted maintenance for the extensions that comprise the bundle and can elect which they would like to continue to maintain.
