Description

The ArcGIS Data Store configuration wizard fails to load in Chrome 67.
A blank white page is returned, and the following error is recorded in the browser's developer console.

Uncaught ReferenceError: normal is not defined
    at eval (eval at l (bootstrap.js:475), <anonymous>:1:1)
    at l (bootstrap.js:475)
    at Object.load (bootstrap.js:475)
    at Za (dojo.js:21)
    at dojo.js:17
    at a (dojo.js:2)

Note:
This issue can only be reproduced at version 10.6.

Cause

This is caused by a defect in ArcGIS Data Store: BUG-000114350: ArcGIS Data Store configuration wizard fails to load in Chrome 67.

Workaround

There are two workarounds to this issue.

  1. Use a different browser to configure the ArcGIS Data Store.
  2. Use the command line to configure the ArcGIS Data Store. Steps are documented in the following article: ArcGIS Enterprise Help: Use the configuredatastore utility to create a data store
