An edit cursor is not displayed when a cell in a table window is clicked while editing

Description

During an edit session, when a table window is opened and a cell is clicked on to edit some data, an edit cursor doesn't appear.

Cause

If you click on a blank area of the cell, a dark border appears to indicate that the cell is active, but an edit cursor will not appear.
