Description

Adobe Macromedia Autherware Player cannot read ArcGIS installation DVDs, because its files are not readable by Adobe Macromedia.

Cause

An incomplete installation of Adobe Macromedia Authorware Player is being used.

Solution or Workaround



  • Remove or repair Adobe Macromedia Authorware Player before installing ArcGIS 9.2.
  • Access the ArcGIS installation DVD from another computer on the network that has a DVD-ROM drive.
