Add an image to custom HTML when editing the Portal for ArcGIS Home page

Summary

When editing the ArcGIS Enterprise portal Home page, there is the option to add custom images for the banner. However, when HTML is used to customize the home page, adding an image URL sometimes fails or does not display correctly. This problem can be avoided by uploading the image portal first, and then adding the uploaded image URL to the custom HTML. 

The image URL may be incorrect, or the ArcGIS Enterprise portal cannot access its location. In some circumstances, even if the URL is correct and accessible, the image fails. 

Procedure

1. Navigate to: Organization > Settings > Home page > Banner > Image > upload custom image.
2. Upload the desired image.
3. Copy the URL of the uploaded image and paste it into the custom HTML.
