Access to ArcGIS Survey123, ArcGIS Field Maps, ArcGIS Navigator and ArcGIS QuickCapture with retired versions of ArcGIS Enterprise

When an ArcGIS Enterprise version reaches retirement, according to the product life cycle, support for authenticating using that version is removed in the next release of ArcGIS Survey123, ArcGIS Field Maps, ArcGIS Navigator and ArcGIS QuickCapture. In some cases, support removal may occur in a later release if technical, operational, or release timing considerations prevent its removal immediately after retirement. Organizations must upgrade ArcGIS Enterprise to a supported version to continue using supported releases of the mobile applications. 

Plan ArcGIS Enterprise upgrades before your deployment reaches retirement. Esri recommends testing beta releases of the mobile applications against your ArcGIS Enterprise environment to validate compatibility with upcoming mobile application releases.
