A warning message is displayed when rebuilding the address locator in ArcCatalog, "The address locator needs to be repaired in order to be rebuilt"
Description
In ArcCatalog, when a user right-clicks the address locator and selects Rebuild to rebuild the address locator, the following message is displayed: "The address locator needs to be repaired in order to be rebuilt. Cause
This is a known issue where the software forces an unnecessary repair.
Workaround
