This issue is addressed in 3.4. We have updated FeatureSharingDraft, MapImageSharingDraft, MapServiceDraft, and TileSharingDraft with new properties, which are equivalent to properties available in ArcGIS Pro Sharing pane in UI.Steps to Reproduce
