Additional Information

The ability for Group Managers to share content to the groups they manage from the Content page is available starting in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1.

Alternate Workflow

There are two workarounds available: 1) Group Managers can share items from the groups content page 2) Update the Group settings to allow members to contribute content to the group
