Additional Information

This issue has been fixed in the 100.14 release of ArcGIS Runtime SDK for .Net.

Workaround

  • Split the desired extent into two pieces, one on either side of the International Date Line. Select one piece and zoom in on it, adjusting the MapView to show the piece on the other side. It may not always work efficiently.
  • Change the coordinate system to one where the International Date Line is in the center of the map.

ArcGIS Runtime SDK for .NET 10.2.7 allows for adding 360 to the X coordinates of the right half to move it to the other side of the International Date Line which then allow the client to zoom in on the envelope.
