Workaround
Workaround #1:a) Change the anchor point to the desired location.b) Check on "as offset distance".c) Set Position X and Position Y to zero.d) Uncheck "as offset distance". The real coordinates of the new anchor point are displayed.Workaround #2:Convert graphics to features. There are samples to do this on ArcScripts and EDN code exchange. Search for "convert graphics to features" or "convert graphics to shapes".Steps to Reproduce
