Workaround
When you preview your metadata in ArcCatalog from the Description tag or from Item Description an HTML file is created in the User Profile Temp (TMP) directory. If you browse to this location you will find a file with a name similar to xxx123.tmp.htm. You can use this file as a substitute for what would normally be generated by the XSLT Transformation tool.Steps to Reproduce
