Bug
XML import with specific data with circles into SDE (SQL or Oracle) is failing with the folllowing error: "Error: -2147215975 The number of points is less than required for feature esriDataSourcesGDB.SdeWorkspace.1" This error is also happening when you copy/paste the same data.
