This bug is a duplicate of NIM061790.Workaround
1. After all addresses have been rematched, open the point layer's attribute table. Right-click the X and Y field headings, and select Calculate Geometry.2. From the Property drop-down, select the X coordinate of Point or Y coordinate of Point options accordingly > OK.Steps to Reproduce
