This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Online. If the issue occurs, please contact Esri Support Services as additional information is required for further investigation.Workaround
- Follow the steps to reproduce and remove the web map from the application being shared.
- Add the layer back to the app.
- Check the pop-ups. They should exclude the required fields and reflect the changes made in the second step to reproduce.
