With an OGC API Features service connection, the custom request parameter BBOX is not honored on OGC API Feature Collection items when adding a collection to the map.

Additional Information
Please note that using a BBOX key value pair through a custom request parameter is not supported for OGC API Server connections. Instead, specify an extent when adding a layer to the map through a new dialog that has been added in ArcGIS Pro 3.4.Workaround
