With a user's SDE schema, if auth_SRID has values other than null or 0, sdelayer -o command cannot change sdo_geometry feature class SRID.

Additional Information

Once the Auth_SRID is set, it should not be changed

Workaround

Temporarily modify the default SDO_SRID:1. Sdedbtune -o alter -i 5151 -p *** -u sde -k defaults -P SDO_SRID -v 31463 -N2. Change SRID using ArcCatalog or command line:sdelayer -o alter -l SN_P_STATION,shape -u gds_admin -p *** -i 5151 -G 314633. Modify dbtune again:sdedbtune -o alter -i 5151 -p *** -u sde -k defaults -P SDO_SRID -v 82027 -N
