Workaround

When this occurs, Windows AD (Active Directory) audit logs show kerberos ticket failures on the domain controller. - Add a "Service Principal Name" to the SOM domain account: setspn.exe -A HOST/<AGS Hostname> <SOM User account> (e.g.: setspn.exe -A HOST/2008r2ags93a ArcGISSOM). This may only apply when running the SOM under a domain account.Note: The above direction must be performed by the organization domain administrator, and must be done on the domain controller that manages the domain on which ArcGIS Server has joined.Alternative: Use local accounts on the AGS machine instead of domain accounts when granting users access to the agsadmin group. Note: Windows 7 clients are able to connect successfully without special intervention.
