Bug
Windows has a limit on the length of local accounts, they can only be 20 characters long. Because the Configure ArcGIS Server Account tool can also be used to create a local ArcGIS Server account, there is an attempt to verify the length of the account from a local account perspective, which causes the tool to fail if the length of the accounts is specified to more than 20 characters.
