Widgets (indicator, gauge, charts) in ArcGIS Dashboards do not honor the digit grouping setting when the user profile language is configured to Spanish.

Additional Information

This feature is working as designed. In Spanish (es-es), the thousands separator (dot) is used for numbers bigger than 9999 (5 digits or more).
