While using Share As Web Layer option to publish the data as a tile layer, estimated storage sizes increases exponentially with different projections of the layer in ArcGIS Pro 3.3.

Additional Information

There is a difference in estimates depending upon the projection used for the map because projections change the map's calculated full extent, thus, the number of tiles that are generated when the map is cached. To observe this difference, set the map to use the projection of a layer, then change the map to use a custom extent based on the extent of that layer. Click the Full Extent button on the map ribbon to zoom to the map's full extent. When the map is published, tiles will be generated for that extent.
