Bug
While trying to view Site Catalog in ArcGIS Monitor 10.7.901, the first category in the list does not expand and the HTML div class="container-fluid" element is selected by default.

Workaround
- Zoom out of the default browser extent. The divisions get smaller and the site's first collection then able to be expanded.
- Upgrade to ArcGIS Monitor 10.8 also works.
