Additional Information

This issue is created by having two stairs at level 1 (Niveau 1) that are on top of each other and going the opposite direction. Also, one of the stairs has a narrow extent causing to be smaller that the extent of the shaft opening, which is creating a wall that cuts through the stairs.

Workaround

  1. Bring the Revit files into ArcGIS Pro.
  2. Create an indoor dataset.
  3. Import the BIM dataset to the indoor dataset.
  4. Open the Details feature attribute table from the indoor dataset.
  5. Create a new field in the attribute table.
  6. Use the field calculator to populate the new field with DetialsID field.
  7. Use the field calculator again on the new field to have the fields be the last 45 characters.
    1. Use this expression: !wallID!.split('.', 1)[-1], and run it twice to remove all characters prior to the final 45 characters.
  8. Run the Delete Identical tool on the Details feature and have the newly created and edited field be the target.
  9. This deleted the duplicate features.
