Bug

While editing in Collector for ArcGIS (iOS), some numeric fields are populated with the value as '0' if the field user opens/closes a nullable field without entering any value.

Additional Information

This is due to the service publishing default values of 0 for numeric fields if they are not nullable. Field Maps offer the ability to define the field requirements as part of the form used for data collection without requiring the not-nullable constraint on the field.

Workaround

Do not click the fields that are set to allow NULL value as "true" and click "Submit". This takes the value as NULL, and the web map can be saved without any issues.

Analyst Knowledge article #0000158887: Configuring Feature Service Feature Templates with Non Nullable Required Fields for Use in Collector provides an alternative workaround.
