When a Shortlist is viewed outside of the editor, we automatically hide any places which don't have a name or location or image specified. You see these in the Builder, but we don't display them in the viewer. This is intended to enable authors to have places they have not finished editing in their Shortlist, without them appearing as bad places when their Shortlist is viewed.Steps to Reproduce
