Bug

When zooming in rapidly on a map on an iOS device that contains the Topographic basemap, and attempting to zoom back out, the browser crashes and forces the application to reload. This does not occur when specifying a value of anything under 20 for the maxZoom property in the map constructor.

Set the maxZoom property to less than or equal to 20 in the map constructor.
